Kinley got her ears pierced and looks super cute! I love them. Yes - she cried and yes - I felt like a horrible mother for inflicting unnecessary pain on my sweet baby girl BUT, said and done I'm glad I did it. And she is too, i just know it!! Hubs came home and told me our jeweler was going to market and would bring home princess cut diamonds for her pretty little ears. He said, "princess cut for my little princess". Awwwwww, sweet Daddy. He has always wanted a little girl to buy jewelry for, I guess it's not as much fun to buy for your wife and the mother of your children. *insert jealous snarl* I just told him they had better be tiny or I wont let her wear them. Her lobes are sooooo small. My pretty princess!!!
Cohen is doing super with his potty business. Although, yesterday he pooped and instead of telling me he was outside and pulled down his pants, took off his pull-up and dumped out the poop. Caleb came running in to inform me. He just told me " Nasty, Mommy!" Silly kid. He is getting the picture. I'm just glad it wasn't on the living room floor!
Caleb is great too. We are going to visit my sister for her birthday and he is soooo excited. We are stopping in Fredericksburg at the wildseed farms to visit the butterfly farm. I'm excited too!! I just hope they don't throw us out for Cohen squashing them. You know him and bugs....they don't mix. He LOVES to stomp on the poor unsuspecting creatures.
This will be our first family trip together. I'm excited. Pray for us! Three kids, in a car, for 4 hours. This could get ugly. Thankfully my MIL is letting us use her suburban and she is taking my Tahoe for the weekend. MUCH more room, and she has a DVD player. SUPER!!!
