I am so tired...no exhausted! I could fall asleep right here! We loaded and stored 4 trailer loads of boxes and totes! My house is sad. Cohen's room, formerly Caleb's nursery, only has the bed, nothing on the walls in the closet or on the floor. No bins of toys...just empty. I have packed everything except what we will need in the next two weeks. I still have to pack the garage stuff (laundry stuff) and a few odds and ends. I am excited to move into our new house. It can't get here fast enough!!!
Today Cohen and Kinley have their check-ups.....and shots. I am so sad for them. Kinley's last ones gave her bruises and she was just not herself afterwards. I surely pray 6th month shots are not as bad. I have no idea what to expect with Cohen. Poor guy. Bubba is meeting me there to help. I might take him for ice cream after his shot. I can just see his face now. Oh, the heartbreaking 'what is going on mom' my heart hurts already. I'm leaving at 1 to go home and change then pick them up for their 2pm appointment. I'm sad.
So today I have odds and ends to tie up at the house as best I can with two potentially fuss kiddos. I'm taking my mom out to the house around 5 and Regina is supposed to bring her suitcases for the boys to use this evening. I'm excited to see what they have finished at our house. They are supposed to be completely done by Friday so the touch up people and the cleaning people can do their thing next week and then we move in! YAY!
Oh yes, Regina and Rob took ALL THREE kids to church and kept them ALL day yesterday! They got home around 6pm! I was SOOOO nervous about this but she assured me she would be fine and would call if there was any problem. I checked my cell several times and even called hers to check on them. She didn't answer. Anyway, she said they did great! They were angels.....her words not mine! I'm sure she had a problem here and there but I'm so glad they did well for them! They took them to visit Mama Davis and they were good there. They didn't get naps but all in all it went well! It was a huge help to get stuff done without kids!
