I'm so excited!!!!

I was just told that my grandpa is being put on t-bar for 12 HOUR intervals!!! WOOOHOOO! He was doing two hours and they decided he was doing so well they would just try 12. Respiratory was in and he plugged his trach so he could tell me where he was hurting and I was blindsided in amazement! I haven't heard his voice in months and to suddenly hear it, I know he was in pain but I wanted to jump up and down to hear him speaking around his trach!!!! Go grandpa!!!! I just checked on him and his pain is gone. And he is in NO distress!!!!!! He refused pain meds this morning.....men!
